How does Nazareth work into your hypothesis? What about the Quad City DJs, Long Beach Dub All-Stars, and the Mighty Mighty Boss-Tones? And you totally forgot Berlin.
Berlin would go between Alabama and Kansas, which seems about right. I'm going to cheat to exclude Nazareth because the official name of the city is "Natzrat."
